Co-founded a mental-health teletherapy platform connecting patients with licensed doctors for virtual therapy sessions, owning product direction alongside engineering.

Built the full stack end to end: a React + Vite patient and doctor SPA, and a Python FastAPI backend covering patient management, appointment scheduling, therapy sessions, and electronic medical records.

Engineered the AI layer — patient–doctor matching that recommends the most suitable therapist from onboarding responses, and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant answering clinicians' questions from mental-health encyclopedias.

Modelled the domain with SQLAlchemy 2.0 and Alembic migrations over MySQL, exposing a documented REST API via auto-generated Swagger / OpenAPI.

Implemented 2FA on top of JWT, role-based access control, and audit logging to meet data-protection requirements in a regulated healthcare context.

Delivered event-driven transactional email through RabbitMQ background workers, with Redis caching, rate limiting, and Prometheus metrics.

Containerised the stack with Docker and docker-compose and shipped it through GitLab CI/CD onto Cloudflare (Workers + R2) with GCP Cloud SQL.

A Kenyan marketplace for selling everything from land and houses to vehicles and bikes — with a Python AI service that writes listing descriptions, parses natural-language searches, and suggests prices, plus an admin panel for managing inventory and leads.

Built a multi-category listings platform (land, plots, houses, apartments, commercial, cars, trucks, bikes) with filtering, category pages, map/location search, and detail pages.

Added an AI layer over OpenRouter that generates listing copy, turns plain-English queries into structured filters, suggests prices, and answers buyer questions through a chatbot.

Delivered an admin panel for listings, image management, lead capture, and a dashboard of views, leads, and sales.
Moha Motors
A car-dealership marketplace where visitors browse and save vehicles and send enquiries, backed by an admin dashboard for managing inventory.

Built a filterable vehicle inventory (search, budget, brand, category, condition, transmission, year) with detail pages showing full specs, photos, and pricing.
